Self-Love

I firmly believe that it is each person’s birthright to love and appreciate herself (or himself!), her accomplishments, and her body. Like too many women in the modern world, I’ve struggled to love and appreciate myself fully throughout much of my life, but I’m done with it. I’m done with society telling us it’s desirable for women to feel like we’re never enough, that it’s acceptable to denigrate and judge others for a momentary boost. I’m sick of it and eager to subvert the dominate paradigm by loving myself and encouraging as many others as I can to love themselves, too.

I have multiple resources to help you cultivate the self love you deserve.

For starters, you can enroll in my once a week newsletter. I don’t have an extensive email marketing campaign or drip content you’ll be singing up for. I truly only send an email once a week, and some weeks I’m traveling and unable to send even that single email. I also have a is a totally free e-course, the 5 Day Mindset Reset Challenge, that helps you give your mindset a quick boost by giving you ways to de-stress your routine, practice simple mindfulness, and more in just 5-10 minutes a day. Signing up is super simple and won’t automatically land you on my email list.
