Are you ready to love yourself? To feel in control of your life and proud of who you are? Then you’ve come to the right place!

I firmly believe that it is each person’s birthright to love and appreciate herself (or himself!), her accomplishments, and her body.

Like too many women in the modern world, I’ve struggled to love and appreciate myself fully throughout much of my life, but I’m done with it. I’m done with society telling us it’s desirable for women to feel like we’re never enough, that it’s acceptable to denigrate and judge others for a momentary boost. I’m sick of it and eager to subvert the dominate paradigm by loving myself and encouraging as many others as I can to love themselves, too!

I am passionate about helping others change their mindset and cultivate the self love they deserve because I know that

1) it is entirely possible to change your outlook on life 

2) the results are so worth it!
