Hello and welcome to this week’s yoga video, an energizing morning flow yoga practice! This relatively brief, but full body, sequence is the perfect way to work out the kinks in the morning or wake up your muscles after a long day of work.
This all-levels class is a great way to get in touch with your breath and focused on your body. Only about 15 minutes long, the sequence can easily fit into your morning or afternoon! You can watch it below or hop on over to my YouTube channel to see all my yoga videos in one place.
With the publication of this energizing morning flow yoga practice, I now have two dozen free yoga classes on YouTube! It is so exciting and humbling to know that I’ve helped people all over the world. I’m just about to break half a million lifetime views! I am truly thankful for the opportunity to help people with their yoga journey.
Speaking of journeys and helping, be on the lookout for changes in the coming months. I don’t know how, exactly, things will be changing on The Artisan Life. All I know at this point is that changes are coming. After three years of hoping “this will be the year!” things really take off for me online, I’ve decided to seek mentorship and business coaching. I’ve found a business coach I really connect. She teaches her clients to do the inner work necessary to show up authentically and craft a business that’s perfectly in alignment with their values. I love how much value she offers and that her program isn’t just another cookie cutter “do as I did” type scheme. Whatever changes may come, over the next year you can expect to find even more valuable, authentic content here on The Artisan Life!
I always ask for sequence requests in every yoga video. A few ideas are on my list already, but I appreciate knowing what my viewers want to see! Please let me know if you have requests for future yoga practices!
