Sorry this post has been such a long time coming! We returned home from West Virginia to a fried router that took a week for the company to replace. Eek! I know folks have been looking forward to another Friday Photoshare, so I’m happy to finally have some pictures from our trip posted. There were so many gorgeous long evenings that I frequently rushed outside with my camera after putting LG to bed. I hope you enjoy the warm, summery vibe!

As a final treat for y’all, I have a quick video clip with some lovely, summery nature sounds and waving grass. I’m sorry about any wobbling – I didn’t bring my tripod so I was sitting there holding my camera for this entire clip and trying not to breathe!

Have you taken some time to reconnect with nature yet this summer?

The lavender photo looks gorgeous and the bird photos are stunning! I love the long daylight hours during summer. We’ve had exceptionally bright weather this year so far.

We had so much fun watching the hummingbirds! They are really amazing little things. I’m glad you’re having nice weather this year!
